Langejans BRGC-6 Grand Auditorium
Known for their distinctive rosewood necks and thicker-than-usual sides, Langejans guitars were highly sought by Travis pickers like Thom Bresh and Jerry Reed for their tremendous bass response. A former guitar technician and retailer, Langejans had built more than 1,000 instruments before selling his music store in 1998 to focus on lutherie. Learn the whole story here.
This excellent grand auditorium model, number 1216, dates from that early period and features Brazilian rosewood back and sides with a cedar top. Like all Langejans guitars, it has a powerful sound that has been compared with a concert grand piano.
