Shipping policy
Digital orders are fulfilled by email. If you do not receive an email with a download link (please check spam or junk folders) within 30 minutes of placing your order, contact acousticguitarservice@stringletter.com for a replacement.
Physical orders are fulfilled by the United States Postal Service. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but will share tracking information upon request and send replacements in the unlikely event that the third-party shipper misplaces or mishandles your order.
