Q: After ordering a subscription, when will I receive my first issue?
A: It will likely take 6-8 weeks to receive your first copy in the mail. For destinations outside of the United States, please allow up to 10 weeks.
We know, it sounds like a long time to wait! When we mail your first issue depends on when you placed your order and where we are in our publishing schedule. We send issues at the same time to all active subscribers we have on file (we do this monthly, meaning there are two shipments per issue) – this is how we can keep your subscription price affordable and still afford the postage fees ourselves!
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates – just because you see the magazine available at your local music store or for sale online does not mean a copy is not already in transit to you or scheduled to be sent to you on our next bulk shipment date.
Q: I ordered multiple items and only received part of my order; where is the rest?
A: We store our inventory in multiple locations, so you may receive more than one shipment. If your order contains both books or magazines and accessories or apparel, you will most likely receive two separate packages.
Q: Does the book I ordered contain TAB?
A: If a particular book has TAB, this information will be noted in the product description. In most of our books and guides, both TAB and Standard Notation are provided.
Q: I purchased an item that came with audio tracks but I can't find them; where can I access those tracks?
A: You can see all of our complete audio tracks here.
