One of the great American hymns, “Just as I Am” is heard often in Southern Baptist churches and in Protestant congregations in general. In this beautiful arrangement, Steve Baughman plays it in taro patch tuning, more commonly known as open G. To get into this tuning, lower your first and sixth strings down a step, from E to D, and your fifth strings down a step as well, from A to G.
