Scottish Songs for Guitar: The Wild Mountain Thyme

This song dates from about 1800 and is originally credited to the Scots poet Robert Tannahill. Traditional tinkering changed it over the years, but it remains as joyous a pastoral anthem as ever, and is worthy of a place on any shortlist of social sing-along tunes.
